Yes you can, and you do like this: select WHOLE the car so that all part of it is higlighted, then you press 'shift-d' and if you don't want to move the car along the Z axis and just the X and Y axis you also press 'shift-z'. Hope this helped
Open up Blender and then simply take 'File>Import>3D studio (*.3ds)' and select your file. After that you just press 'ctrl-w' and enter a name for it and save it where you want. Hope this helped, if not, don't hesitate to ask.
Well, I think it (nearly) always turns out like that when you exports .max files and then imports them to Blender. So the only solution i've found so far is to model the wheels by yourself
Here is a replica of Tomas Schie' Chevrolet in the STCC league, made on request for 'sandberg' here on the forum. As you can see nearly all of the logos aren't on the skins since I don't have the time to find them at the moment.
Uploaded to LFSW, if you want to use the 1024 version make sure you delete the '1024' from filename.
